Are you an airline or an official airline support desk?
No. airlinesjourney is an independent travel assistance company in India serving customers in the United States. We are not an airline, an airline’s official customer service department or a verified authorized airline representative.
What can your agents help with?
Our services cover new flight booking assistance, changes to existing flight bookings and flight cancellation requests. Assistance depends on the relevant airline’s rules and availability, and on whether we can handle your particular request.
What is the Travel Assistance Service Fee?
We collect only our Travel Assistance Service Fee in US dollars (USD). Airline ticket prices, fare differences, airline penalties and other supplier charges are paid separately and are not collected by airlinesjourney pvt ltd. The actual fee amount and applicable refund terms are explained before you authorize the charge.
How do I authorize the service fee?
After the assistance is completed, review the service description, USD fee amount and cancellation and refund terms in our authorization email. Click "I Authorize" to approve our service fee; the authorization system records your IP address with the authorization. Payment follows authorization. Authorization emails are handled separately from this website.
When do I pay your service fee?
The sequence is assistance completed, then fee authorization through an emailed link, then payment in USD. An authorization acknowledgement is not a payment receipt. This website does not collect payments or process email authorizations.
Does a cancellation request guarantee a refund?
No. A cancellation request, a confirmed cancellation and an airline refund are separate outcomes. Airline rules determine available options, subject to applicable rights. Our company fee has its own terms, explained before you authorize the charge.
Can I get a refund of your service fee?
Refunds of our Travel Assistance Service Fee depend on when we receive your request before scheduled flight departure: 30 days or more, 100%; 15 to less than 30 days, 50%; 7 to less than 15 days, 20%; less than 7 days, 0%. Approved refunds are processed in 7-14 working days. Airline refunds follow the relevant airline rules.
How do I know my request is complete?
We provide an update or confirmation after assisting. For a new flight or a change, an issued or reissued ticket is distinct from a request acknowledgement or payment receipt. A cancellation requires confirmation of the cancellation outcome.
