01 · Call and explain your request
Tell the agent whether you need help with a new booking, an existing itinerary or a cancellation. For an existing booking, have your reference ready for the conversation. 02 · Review available options
An agent discusses the relevant airline rules, availability and whether we can assist with the request. A quote does not reserve a seat, a change request does not change a ticket, and a cancellation request does not cancel a booking.
03 · Understand the assistance and charges
We explain the specific assistance, our Travel Assistance Service Fee amount in US dollars (USD), and the applicable cancellation and refund terms. We collect only our company assistance fee. Airline ticket prices, fare differences, airline penalties and other supplier charges are paid separately and are not collected by us. You can discuss the details before asking us to carry out the work.
04 · Receive assistance and an update
We assist with the agreed request, subject to airline rules and availability. The assistance is completed before we ask you to authorize our service fee. For a completed booking or change, the airline sends its confirmation email before our service fee payment. A cancellation request, a confirmed cancellation and any airline refund are separate outcomes.
05 · Authorize our service fee
After the work is completed, review the service description, USD fee amount and applicable cancellation and refund terms in our authorization email. Click "I Authorize" to approve our service fee. The authorization system records your IP address with the authorization. This happens after the assistance and before payment. Authorization is not a payment receipt. This website does not process email authorizations.
06 · Make payment and receive your receipt
Pay our service fee after completing the email authorization. For a confirmed new booking or change, we then email your issued or reissued ticket from our side. This is separate from the airline confirmation email sent before our fee payment. Invoices and receipts identify airlinesjourney pvt ltd, CIN U79110DL2025PTC470329, the specific assistance, our USD fee and payment status. Airline and supplier charges are paid separately. This website does not collect payments. Check your service payment details for receipt information.
