How we help
Call and explain your request. An agent reviews available options and applicable conditions and explains the scope and relevant charges. We assist with the agreed request and provide an update or confirmation, subject to airline rules and availability. Once the assistance is completed, you authorize our service fee through an emailed link and then make payment.
A separate company service fee
We collect only our Travel Assistance Service Fee in US dollars (USD) for the specific assistance agreed with you. We do not collect airline ticket prices, fare differences, airline penalties or other supplier charges. The sequence is assistance completed, then customer authorization of our fee through an emailed link, then payment.
