Scope of assistance
Our agents discuss and assist with new flight booking, flight change and flight cancellation requests. Whether we can assist depends on the particular booking, relevant airline rules, original booking channel where applicable, and availability. No specific result, fare, change, cancellation or refund is guaranteed.
Your authorization
We discuss the scope, our fee and conditions before carrying out the agreed work. After the assistance is completed, we send an authorization email containing the service description, USD fee amount and applicable cancellation and refund terms. Click "I Authorize" to approve the fee; the authorization system records your IP address with the authorization. Payment follows authorization, and our ticket email for a confirmed booking or change follows payment. This website does not process email authorizations. A callback request does not authorize work or a charge, and an authorization acknowledgement does not prove payment.
Our fee and separate airline charges
airlinesjourney pvt ltd collects its Travel Assistance Service Fee in USD. Airline ticket prices, fare differences, airline penalties and supplier charges are separate and are not collected by us. Our fee varies with ticket price and the individual request; it is neither a fixed amount nor a standard percentage. Payment timing and records
Our service fee sequence is assistance completed, email authorization, payment, then our ticket email for a confirmed booking or change. The airline sends its confirmation email before our service fee payment. This website does not collect payments or record fee authorizations. Airline outcomes and your documents
Airline rules and availability control the options available for your flight. An acknowledgement or receipt is not a ticket, changed itinerary or cancellation confirmation. A cancellation does not itself establish a refund entitlement. Review any issued or revised documents and raise discrepancies promptly.
Stopping the service and refunds
