Explain which booking or flight you want to cancel. An agent reviews the relevant conditions and whether we can assist. Cancellation may affect other flights on the same booking; discuss the intended scope before authorizing action.
Cancellation and refund are different
A cancellation request does not guarantee that a booking has been cancelled. A confirmed cancellation does not automatically mean an airline refund is due. Refund eligibility, deductions and processing depend on airline rules and any applicable rights.
Our fee is not an airline penalty
Our Travel Assistance Service Fee covers the specific assistance agreed with you. It is separate from airline cancellation penalties and other supplier charges. We explain the amount, currency and applicable refund terms before you authorize a charge. See our cancellation and refund policy for service fee eligibility.
Receive an update
We assist with the agreed request and provide an update or confirmation. After the assistance is completed, you authorize our USD service fee through an emailed link, then make payment. We do not promise instant cancellation or refunds. Keep cancellation correspondence and contact us with your reference if you need clarification.
We collect only our Travel Assistance Service Fee in US dollars (USD). Airline ticket prices, fare differences, airline penalties and other supplier charges are paid separately and are not collected by airlinesjourney pvt ltd.
After the assistance is completed, review the service description, USD fee amount and cancellation and refund terms in our authorization email. Click "I Authorize" to approve our service fee; the authorization system records your IP address with the authorization. Payment follows authorization.
