Airline conditions come first
Changes depend on the fare rules, airline procedures, availability and, where relevant, the original booking channel. Not every ticket can be changed. We do not guarantee a particular flight, fare or outcome.
Separate charges, explained clearly
A fare difference or airline change penalty is an airline-related charge. Our Travel Assistance Service Fee is a separate company charge for the agreed assistance. Before you authorize any charge, the service, amount, currency, other charges and applicable refund terms are explained.
Check the final outcome
We assist with your agreed request and provide an update or confirmation. After the assistance is completed, you click "I Authorize" in our authorization email to approve our USD service fee, then make payment. After payment, we email your reissued ticket when the change is confirmed. A change request is not a changed ticket. Check the revised itinerary or reissued ticket before relying on new travel arrangements.
We collect only our Travel Assistance Service Fee in US dollars (USD). Airline ticket prices, fare differences, airline penalties and other supplier charges are paid separately and are not collected by airlinesjourney pvt ltd.
After the assistance is completed, review the service description, USD fee amount and cancellation and refund terms in our authorization email. Click "I Authorize" to approve our service fee; the authorization system records your IP address with the authorization. Payment follows authorization.
