Understand the complete cost
Airline ticket prices, applicable taxes and supplier charges are separate from our Travel Assistance Service Fee. Before you authorize a charge, we explain the specific assistance, our fee amount and currency, other applicable charges and the relevant cancellation and refund terms.
From assistance to fee authorization
Review the route, airports, dates, passenger details and fare conditions before asking us to proceed. We assist with the agreed request and provide an update or confirmation. After the assistance is completed, you click "I Authorize" in our authorization email to approve our USD service fee, then make payment. After payment, we email your issued ticket. A payment receipt is not an issued airline ticket.
What is and is not included
Our service is assistance with the agreed flight booking request. Seat selection, baggage, meals, insurance, visa services and other extras are not included unless specifically described. Ticket issuance depends on airline acceptance and availability.
We collect only our Travel Assistance Service Fee in US dollars (USD). Airline ticket prices, fare differences, airline penalties and other supplier charges are paid separately and are not collected by airlinesjourney pvt ltd.
After the assistance is completed, review the service description, USD fee amount and cancellation and refund terms in our authorization email. Click "I Authorize" to approve our service fee; the authorization system records your IP address with the authorization. Payment follows authorization.
